RETURNS AND SUPPORT
Returns are dealt with honestly and fairly. On the very rare occasion that somebody has an issue with an item we simply ask them to send us an eBay message please DO NOT OPEN a case on eBay please message me first. This is much quicker for both parties rather than going through eBay dispute processes, so please allow us to assist in the first instance. We will deal with queries quickly and be as flexible as we can to get you sorted out.
If you order and just change your mind and ask for cancelling the order we will deduct the paypal fee(which is not refundable) from the refund.
SHIPPING
We always try to ship the items in 1 working day. Because there is a process of engraving and designing sometimes shipping takes more time, please understand that.Our aim is to ensure that you get your item as soon as possible, so we try with our best to offer fast dispatch on our items. We only ship to the address on PayPal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the PayPal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.
