a fine noble-lustre pigment-glitter, a beautiful effect which leaves on colour gel, shellac, ordinary nail polish or makeup.

HOW TO USE:

FROST EFFECT with gel polishes

Create a classic gel polish manicure, gel polish ombre or paint the enhanced nails with gel polishes.

1. After applying the second layer of gel polish, sprinkle the entire nail or a part of it with Mermaid (until dust perfectly covers colour) and cure it in the lamp.

2. Remove the excess product with a soft brush.

SMOOTH EFFECT with gel polishes

Create a classic gel polish manicure, gel polish ombre or paint the enhanced nails with gel polishes.

1. After curing the second layer of colour gel polish rub the Mermaid effect into the dispersive layer.

2. Remove the excess dust with a soft brush.

3. Apply top coat, remember to protect the free edge of the nail.

4. cure it in the lamp.

Using Regular Nail Polish

Method A 

1. Apply a second coat of nail polish to your first nail. Don't do the other nails just yet. You need the nail polish to be wet in order for the next step to work. If you paint all of the nails now, the polish will dry and the glitter won’t stick.

2. Tilt your nail around as you shake the glitter onto it so that gets evenly coated. Work over a sheet of paper to catch the excess glitter that falls off your nail.

3. Tap the excess glitter off and let the polish dry.

4. Repeat the process for your other nails. Work one nail at a time.

5. Gently brush the excess glitter off with a soft brush once the polish is dry.

6. Apply 2 layers of clear top coat, allowing each one to dry in between. 

7. Clean the manicure up. 

Use a thin brush dipped in nail polish remover to wipe away any nail polish stuck to the skin around your nails. 

If you notice any roughness along the tips, you can gently sand it away with a nail file.

Method B 

Just simply mix your glitter with clear top coat and use as usual.

How to Mix your own Glitter Acrylic Powders

1. Get your empty pot.

2. Get your choice of powder. You can use a clear acrylic powder or a coloured powder of your choice. 

Just make sure when working with coloured powders/glitters you are choosing two colours that compliment each other well.

3. You ratio mixture is 3 parts powder, 1 part glitter. So therefore every scoop of glitter you place in you need 3 scoops of powder.

4. Start by adding 3 scoops or acrylic powder (you can always mix more if you need to).

5. Add 1 scoop of your choice of glitter. If you need to add more due to having mixed more powder do so accordingly.

6. Screw lid on powder and shake thoroughly, Making sure all the powder and glitter is fully mixed.

7. Away you go…………

MAKEUP with fix gel

Our cosmetic grade glitters are extremely easy to use! 

Method A 

1. Simply use any brush – thick or fine depending on how and where you wish to apply and dab fix gel on the area. 

2. Allow to sit for a couple of minutes and then sprinkle on your glitter. 

3. After 15-20 minute and once the gel has dried, you may gently dab some more over the top of the glittered area to seal in the glitter. 

Method B 

1. Mix your favourite cosmetic glitter in with a pot of fix gel and apply the sparkly ooze wherever and whenever you want it! 

This can be applied with a brush or just a finger. Take it with you on the go for impromptu parties and touch ups.

RETURNS:

If you need to return your items you must let us know by eBay message within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for any reason provided that the items have not been used, are in the same condition as when we dispatched it. Returns for unwanted items, buyers will be liable for postage costs.
