If you purchase anything on eBay from Ian-Reads-Golf-Shop you may be asked to provide personal contact details (such as name, address, e-mail address and contact number). Your personal information may be held by Ian-Reads-Golf-Shop on computer and manual files. This will be used for administration purposes. 

I may use customer contact information to contact you about your order, returns or order cancellations. I respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, lease or give away your information to any third party.

My returns policy only applies to UK customers, for all non-UK customers please contact me to discuss any issues you may be experiencing. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. I must be notified of any unwanted items within 20 days of receiving them, I will only accept them back unused in the condition and packaging that they were sent to you in. I will arrange for them to be collected from you, unfortunately this will have to be at your cost and often attracts a higher postage fee, alternatively you can arrange for the postage (no guarantees will be provided until official receivership is confirmed, I recommend that recorded delivery is always used) once the item/s have arrived back to me they will be checked and email confirmation provided along with the condition assessment within 1 Business Day (24hrs). Where the condition is satisfactory then a refund will be issued, using the same payment method as the item was purchased. Refunds will be paid for the full item cost less any return postage costs incurred. This policy will not affect your statutory rights.
