Delivery Information & Service Availability

 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been despatched form our warehouse. EBay will automatically send you the confirmation email.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can expect this to arrive with 3- 4 Working days. For any international orders (EU & Rest of World) please allow 14 working days for delivery.*

Do you offer a next day delivery?

If your order is received before 1:00pm on working days we can arrange for this to be sent on a next day service, (excluding Saturdays & Bank Holidays) & subject to stock availability. Delivery charges for this service are available when using the eBay checkout. Please note this service is only available within the UK.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time and you have received confirmation that it was dispatched, please check the following:

1) If package left with any neighbours.

2) Left with any other resident at your property that might have the parcel but hasn't told you.

3) In any possible, safe places, that a driver might have left the parcel in.

4) That you have enquired at your local Royal Mail delivery office.

5) Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was sent.

6) For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure in case this differs to the UK.

 

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

 If you are not at home when delivery is attempted’ Royal Mail Will leave the card for you to collect it from your local post office. Please follow the instructions on the card to retrieve your parcel.

Our Policy is to process and deliver your order Fully Completed and on time. However sometimes things Happen that we have no control over and things don't run as smooth as we would like them to.
So PLEASE if your order is running late, faulty or wrong please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem together.

Additional Delivery Information

We cannot guarantee delivery times as the times are only approximate. All deliveries must be signed for if you request the signed for service. If you are not available to receive your parcel then a calling card from royal mail will be left with details of how and where to collect your parcel from

If your parcel is undelivered and you do not collect it or make arrangements for re delivery then the parcel will be returned back to us. If you want the parcel re sent to you then a further postage charge is required.
Please take care when entering your name and address details as this may result in lost or undelivered parcels.
If you don’t receive your parcel within 
5 working days please email us for your tracking number. If the parcel can’t be located then we will have to wait a minimum of 15 working days from dispatch date to refund or replace them item (U.K only).

(EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD)

You should expect your delivery within 14 days from date of dispatch. However, parcels being delivered to Europe and Rest of the World may be delayed by customs in your country. We will have no information or control over this. However, If you do not receive you parcel, we will need to wait a minimum of 21 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item.

Postage Information & Charges

1) Items are shipped on the same working day via 1ST Class Royal Mail after receiving payment.

2) Monday - Thursday orders need to be placed before 1 pm to be received the next day.**

3) Postage Charges vary depending on product so please refer to postage for costs.

4) We are happy to combine postage for all our customers (please contact us via Ebay)

5) UK customers First Class Recorded Letters £1.99 any additional items £0.99

6) UK Next day delivery before 1pm available Mon – Thurs (Ex. Bank Holidays) £6.99

 

Import Duty

1)  If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

2) Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order to avoid any surprise charges.

3) Please also note that if you are purchasing from the UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU State *** then there no taxes applied.

 

Returns & Damages

1) Returns will not be accepted if tags were removed

2) All the refunds will be made excluding the actual postage charge****

3) Actual Images of item are shown above but may vary a little due to lighting conditions

4) All refunds will be issued via PayPal ***** 

5) A note with your eBay ID must be attached with the returned item for rapid response

6) Faulty Goods: All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be RETUREND TO US WITHIN 14 days of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.

7) Wrong Item Delivered: If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hrs and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.

9) Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. If you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

10) After an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system, who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit and sometimes can be very slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Please remember our customer support team are here to help you, please get in touch before leaving feedback to resolve your issue.

 

Payments

We only accept PayPal.

We always send the item to the address you give us on PAYPAL to ensure the security of the item. If you have changed your address, or want us to ship to another address, please change to the new address when you pay us with PAYPAL, otherwise we will not be responsible if the package is lost.

* Please note we must allow 15 working days before we can class your item as lost or stolen in the post.

** Please be advised that orders placed AFTER 1 pm on a Thursday but BEFORE 1pm on Friday  

    will be delivered on a Monday before 1 pm . Orders placed AFTER 3 pm on a Friday will be   

    delivered BEFORE 1 pm on a Tuesday.
