Delivery: This item is dispatched from the warehouse
within 1 - 3 business days from the time we process your payment. Please allow
up to 15 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from your
order confirmation and payment processing until delivery of your product.
Delivery will be fulfilled by Australia Post and national courier carriers
to ensure fast, safe and efficient shipping around Australia. For peace of
mind, all items are covered with full postage insurance and a tracking
number.
Size/Measurements/Colour: Our products are individually handcrafted
and or are reproductions of classic designs as such slight variations in the
measurements are expected and can vary between 1-2 cm higher or lower. For some
goods we may only have the overall items measurements.

Availability: Due to the nature of our products we are only able to stock limited quantities, as such on rare occasions availability shown may not accurately reflect current warehouse levels. We make every effect to maintain stock accuracy however if we are out of stock we will fulfill your order during our next restock or reserve the right to cancel the order.
Damages/Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: We inspect and carefully pack your orders before shipping with every effort made to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately on arrival. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE AND OR SHORTAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE.
Photographs of damaged goods and boxes will be required for replacement of damaged goods. Save all damaged cartons until any claim with the carrier is settled.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation at seller’s discretion. Goods may not be returned due to a “change of mind”.
