Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 120-20 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, consumers have a right of withdrawal. Only products returned as a whole, in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition, may be subject to a right of withdrawal. The consumer may request at his option a credit on the sums paid, the exchange of the product or a refund of the sums paid. In such a case, A BIJOUX must within THIRTY DAYS of exercising the right of withdrawal credit the consumer with a credit or refund the sums paid. Returns / Exchanges: - Before any return, thank you for obtaining an agreement by email, in order to process the return under the best conditions. - An item can be returned to us within 15 days of being sent (postmarked) provided it has not been worn and has been returned in its original packaging. - The return postage costs caused by a return are the responsibility of A Bijoux after request from the customer. - We will exchange the item for another model. - A refund will be possible IN THE FORM OF ASSETS.
