Since opening the doors in the spring of 2003, we have continued to build this operation upon a solid foundation of quality products and superior customer service. As a returning customer or first time visitor, we appreciate your interest and patronage and look forward to serving your current and future authentic sports product needs.
We are an authorized distributor of licensed products for all the major manufacturers and offer a wide variety of authentic, limited edition, exclusive and custom made products. Each product that we offer for sale has been received into our HQ location and inspected to ensure that it meets our quality standards. All Limited Edition and autographed items are accompanied by complete USA Sports Marketing Certificate of Authenticity or authenticated by BAS, PSA, JSA and MLB. Bottom line, we only offer quality, authentic products for sale.
Our exclusive products are offered for sale directly through us or through one of our carefully selected partners. It is our goal to ensure that our partners share the same vision as us and that these exclusive products do not end up with a liquidator or low end retailer, thereby preserving the value of your investment.
We take great pride in how the products offered for sale are presented. Most images on the web site are photographed by our team and posted to our website so our customers have an accurate visual representation of what they are purchasing. In some instances we will use the manufacturer graphics and any deviation from the actual product, to the graphic, will be duly noted in the product description.
We try and price all of our products to ensure affordability by all. We go to great lengths to ensure that we are priced competitively and that everyone that would like to own a piece of history, can afford to do so.

If the product ordered and received does not meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we will gladly accept the return under our satisfaction guaranteed policy.

We do not outsource to call centers and do not have 3rd parties packaging and shipping the products for us. We accept Paypal and will only ship to a paypal verified address. We do offer alternative payment methods on our direct site.

Domestic: 
We offer free shipping on all items. Shipping charges for PR, AK, and HI are subject to additional costs. We combine shipments of multiple items if possible. Orders ship within 1 business day unless otherwise stated. 
International:
Please refer to the Shipping and Payments tab for a full list of countries that we ship to. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that are incurred upon delivery of item. We do ship via the eBay global ship program. If you have any questions regarding our Shipping Policy please message us via the Message Center.

USA Sports Marketing is an authorized distributor of authentic officially licensed sports products for all major sporting events and guarantees 100% satisfaction on all products purchased!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you have 14 days to return the product to USA Sports Marketing in a resalable condition for a refund of the merchandise sales price. 
Please note:
All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest for your own protection that you ship the package back to us insured for purchase value.
Enclose a copy of the sales receipt with the product(s) being returned and note on the sales receipt the reason for the return.
Refunds over $1,000.00 are subject to a 19% restocking fee.
Return policy does not apply to custom orders or when condition of the product is clearly noted in the product description. (e.g. - toned baseball, blemished football).
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the return of the resalable product(s).
