All United States orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS ground shipping.
NOTE: For orders in the United States, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, Guam, and PO Boxes.
Canadian addresses are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Shipping or FedEx ground shipping, with the exception of larger packages being shipped with UPS ground shipping.

Return Policy:
We offer a 30 days return period after receiving the parts for any reason. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless there was an error on our side. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Original packaging and unused condition is required to receive a refund. Once we receive the parts, the processing time is approximately 2-5 business days.
Warranty Policy:
All of our parts come with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty for any manufacturing defects. Warping and noise issues are not covered in the manufacturer’s warranty, unless the issue occurs within 60 days after receiving the parts. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through eBay messages and provide us with details of the issue. We will need to receive the defective parts to investigate and determine if the warranty claim is valid. A proof of purchase for the order is required, else the claim will be denied. Processing the warranty claim after receiving the parts will take approximately 2-5 business days. If we have determined that the parts are valid for a replacement, we will ship out the replacement and provide a tracking number.
Warranty is voided if the part is modified. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use of the product, damages due to poor installation, and negligence.
The warranty replacement can be used only one time per order.
Question: How come my order has not been shipped out yet?
Answer: Our business policy is that we do not ship out any orders unless we have confirmed that the parts ordered were correct. All new orders should receive a follow up message asking for their vehicle’s information. If we do not receive a response within 1 week of purchase, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and we will be issuing a full refund for the cancelled order.
Question: Do you offer local pickup?
Answer: Yes we do. Our warehouse is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Please message us through eBay for further deatils and to schedule a pickup time.
Question: Do the brake pads come with hardware and sensors?
Answer: Most of our ceramic brake pads come with either a sensor or the hardware kits. For semi-metallic brake pads, a small percentage of our brake pads come with the hardware kit/sensor. Please send us a message if you need us to check if the brake pads you are ordering will have sensors or hardware. We do not sell hardware kit and sensors separately. Inclusion of brake pad sensors and/or hardware is dependent on the manufacturer (Proforce).
Question: Why is the image on your eBay listing is different than the actual item?
Answer: The images for our ad listings are all stock images and may not represent the actual product. The parts that we send you should have no fitment issues as long as you have sent us your vehicle’s information and we have confirmed the fitment.
