Chameleon nail chrome adds a lustrous multi sheen to any enhancement. Multi tonal powders are the highest grade meaning it has the best coverage and the finest and smoothest mirror finish possible. This is duo chrome so very bright colour shifting effect. This is the same pigment the high-end nail salons and magazines are using for magic nail art.
Typically, mirror powder is applied over UV gel nail polish, but it is still possible to apply it over non-UV gel nail polish, or even regular nail polish.

How to use:
USING UV GEL NAIL POLISH
1. Prepare your nails
2. Apply Base Coat - cure
3. Apply Colour of your choice - cure
4. Apply No Wipe Top - cure
5. Apply Powder using brush attached
6. Apply No Wipe Top - cure
1. Apply your base coat and two coats of nail polish colour of your choice.
2. Apply top coat and wait until it is dry to the touch. Don't let the top coat dry all the way. You want it to feel rubbery, but not stick or tacky. Use regular, non-water-based top coat. A quick-dry top coat is recommended.
3. Tap on the powder using a foam eyeshadow brush. Then buff the powder into the polish. Do not apply too much pressure. As you continue to buff, the surface will get smoother and smoother.
4. Wipe off any excess powder with soft brush.
5. Apply a water-based top coat, making sure to coat the tip of your nail. Many people find that regular top coat cracks or mars the mirror powder's finish. Luckily, water-based top coat does not do that.
6. Finish off with a regular top coat. Once you have applied a water-based top coat, you can safety use any type of top coat. This will make your manicure last even longer.
