1. Quick release system only: Firstly, it’s important to note that this rack carrier does not fit bikes with a through axle system. Through axles are typically found on certain types of mountain bikes and some high-end road bikes. To check compatibility, you need to assess your bike’s front fork. Look for the presence of a standard quick-release skewer or a standard 9mm dropouts on your bike’s fork. If your bike has these features, then it is more than likely compatible with the Positz Bike Fork Mount Car Rack Carrier Quick Release.
2. Additionally, it is important to consider the width of your bike’s front fork. The Positz Bike Fork Mount Car Rack Carrier Quick Release is designed to fit standard 100mm width forks using a 9mm axle. If your fork width exceeds this measurement, or uses a 15mm or 20mm axle, then this particular rack carrier may not be suitable for your bike.

Returns Info: If we accept a return the returned item must be received brand new, in original packaging. The item must not be used, worn, installed or mounted. It is the buyers responsibility for the postage costs of returning the item. We reserve the right to withhold all costs involved in the sale, including any marketplace fees, payment processing fees and the postage incurred originally when sending the item to the buyer, which are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer a 'cooling off' period and therefore generally will not cancel orders once they are confirmed. In the event that we do decide to cancel your order, we will first mark it as shipped and then provide you with a refund less a 20% administrative fee, at a minimum of $1.50. The refund shall be processed via Paypal.
