Hvac Direct deliver anywhere in Australia. Please see eBay shipping table and options in this listing. If no shipping option is provided or is stated as pickup only, please get in touch with us and ask for a delivery quote. We can also bundle different items for a combined and reduced shipping charge but due to the size and nature of our items we will need to work this out on a per order + per location basis. The best way to do this would be to add the items to your eBay cart and then use the eBay 'request total' option. We will usually get back to you within 1 business day with the total payment amount.
All listed items that state delivery by Australia Post will be shipped either by Australia Post or a courier at our discretion. Being centrally located in Melbourne, we can offer faster delivery times by using certain courier services. Please also note, our parcels and satchels are picked up every afternoon at 3pm. Orders made after our 2pm cut off time will be dispatched the following business day.
Hvac Direct does not assume any liability resulting in the delay of goods. Although we try to send items within 1 business day of payment, in rare circumstances this can be delayed due to varying factors such as courier pickup delays, delivery peak seasons, and stock control errors.
Generally, items that we carry classed as dangerous goods do not get sent via Australia Post. Even though the listing states delivery by Australia Post, we would most likely send the goods using a courier. For this reason, we may not always be able to send to a PO BOX and you will need to supply us with an actual physical delivery address.
Please also note, with the changes made with the Australia Post letter services, there could be longer delays in delivery. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive and get in touch with us directly before using the resolution centre. We always promptly and immediately sort out these issues.

Our products are sold in good working order and are ready for its intended application. We strongly recommend a licensed relevant technician performs all installations as required by some laws.
