We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase.

For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal, this can be different to the billing address, however you must enter this in at check out.

Items can only be dispatched once payments have cleared

All items will be dispatched, using Royal Mail first class signed for recorded delivery normally within 24 hours of payment being cleared

We always keep proof of postage, in case regrettably there is any loss during transit.

Any items bought on Saturdays, will be posted on Monday.

We will provide a refund within 30 days for items purchased Please report return to us via opening a return email, this should be done within 5 days of the delivery date.

Refund will be the original purchase price excluding the delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.

Buyer is responsible for all postage charges. Please ensure goods are well protected when goods are returned to us, shoe boxes must be protected and be returned to us undamaged as they are inherent to the product

Please use a track able service to return goods as we will not be held liable if items are lost by a courier. All returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. However during busy periods such as Christmas this will may take longer.

Exchanges: Customers are responsible to pay for all postage charges, for us to send out an exchange we would kindly ask our customers to make an additional payment of £5.25 for UK First class signed for deliveries, for international deliveries it will be £11.00 for a standard service

All refunds will be as per the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
