Shipping
Dispatch time:
Currently we dispatch orders within one week of being received.
UK Orders:
All UK orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Any dates given are estimates only.
International Orders:
We offer Royal Mail International Tracked, Signed, or Tracked & Signed to most countries worldwide. For some items, to selected countries we also offer an International Standard service provided by Royal Mail. We can offer combined shipping rates for multiple item orders sent using International Tracked, but we cannot offer combined shipping rates for items sent using International Standard.
Royal Mail aims to deliver items to Europe within 5-7 working days after dispatch, and to the rest of the world within 10-14 working days after dispatch. These times are general estimates, and actual delivery times can vary wildly from country to country. We, or Royal Mail, cannot be held responsible for delays arising once the shipment has been handed over to customs/couriers in the destination country. Once the item is in the destination country, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the destination postal service if necessary.

Packaging
We take our customers' privacy seriously, so all our items are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. Smaller/lighter items are sent in grey mailing pouches or jiffy envelopes, larger/heavier items in boxes.

Returns
We hope you enjoy all your purchases from us, but if you find something doesn't fit, or you simply change your mind, you can return the item to us for a refund within 30 days. Returned items must be unused in original packaging, and sent with an RMA code. Please contact us for an RMA code before sending the returned item. If you are returning the item using eBay's return system please write your eBay username clearly on the outside of the returned package. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
Lost/Delayed Items
UK Orders:
Royal Mail Special Delivery items are guaranteed to be delivered by Royal Mail next working day. If Royal Mail fail to deliver the item to you by 1pm please contact us so we can contact Royal Mail and check the situation of your parcel immediately.
Royal Mail 1st Class items are estimated to be delivered within one working day, Royal Mail 2nd Class items are estimated to be delivered within 2-3 working days, and Free Postage within 3-5 working days. These times are estimates only, and often delivery using these services can take longer. If you have not received your item within 1 week, please send us an eBay message so we can contact the selected courier and chase it up for you. We cannot replace/refund items sent using these shipping methods until 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
