Canceling and Editing Transactions:

We CANNOT edit or cancel any transactions! Once you have submitted your order, it is final.  eBay does NOT allow sellers to change addresses.

Accidental Purchases:

We are unable to cancel any accidental purchase after the order has been processed or shipped. Please verify any questions or concerns with us BEFORE purchasing.

Payment:

Due to non-paying buyers, we require immediate payment via PayPal with Buy It Now. If we accept your offer, payment is due within 2 days. PayPal accepts most credit cards and bank transfers. PLEASE set up your PayPal account before buying.

Returns:

If you receive an item that is defective or doesn't match our description, we'll gladly help you. If the item arrives damaged or broken, please hold on to the entire package, as we frequently insure our packages against damage. We do NOT take returns for programming issues,  'As-Is' items, or for cases of "Buyer's remorse".  

Items Sold ‘AS-IS’ or as “For parts or not working”

Any item sold “AS-IS” has something majorly wrong with it, we could not test it, or it is defective/ broken. If an item is sold ‘As-Is’ there is NO warranty or guarantees on it, nor are any returns accepted.  If an item is being sold ‘As-Is’, the description will tell you that several times. No gimmicks here.

 After you have paid, we will leave you Positive, 5 star (☆☆☆☆☆ ) feedback. Our goal is to provide you with five star service. If you have not received five star service, please contact us and we will try our best to assist. If nothing else, just let us know what we can do better. PLEASE HELP US HELP YOU!

International Orders:

We accept orders from buyers outside the US. Please note, we do not charge taxes or fees for international orders, but YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS OFFICE MAY! Please check to see if there are any import duties, taxes, etc. prior to purchase.

Warranties:

MotoComm does NOT offer any extended warranties. If you choose to add that option, you are buying a warranty from Square Trade, NOT us. eBay has partnered with Square Trade to add the option to many of their listings. Again, that is a 3^rd party offer and is not something MotoComm has any control over.

How We Ship Items:

We use USPS (The Post Office) to ship our items, FedEx for the heavy stuff. UPS is not used.

How We Charge Shipping:

We offer free shipping on most items. If not, we use calculated shipping by weight. NO handling charges ever!!!

Combined Shipping/ Shipping Discounts:

Since we offer free shipping, there is no need for discounts. If you purchase multiple items that do not have free shipping, they will most likely ship separately. We reserve the right to combine items with free shipping at our discretion.

Changing Shipping Options:

During checkout, you can change your shipping option. This is where you select Express Mail if needed. If you are in need of another method, send us a message and we will resend the invoice with that option or add it to the listing for you.

Shipping Address Changes:

After an item is purchased, we CANNOT edit the Ship To address. YOU are responsible for knowing your own *correct* address/ ship to address. You can edit the address in eBay Checkout. After you have bought the item, there is NOTHING we can do. This follows eBay’s rules for eBay Buyer/ Seller Protection.

Shipping Days:

We will ship your order ASAP same or next day. Postal holidays can cause a delay in shipping.

Get It Fast Options (Express Mail Shipping):

Anything we sell can be sent Express Mail. You can select the Express Mail option at checkout. If for some reason it is not available, please message us and we will correct the error.

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHIP EXPRESS MAIL ORDERS THE SAME DAY OR THE VERY NEXT DAY!

International Shipping:

We will gladly ship to any country that USPS allows us to. Weather, customs, postal strikes, and other incidents may delay packages. We cannot be responsible for time delays AFTER shipping your item. Shipping is by weight and is the actual cost charged at the Post Office. Priority Mail packages are normally received in 10-20 days. Express Mail packages are usually received in 10 days or less.

Local Pickup:

We would love to have you stop by and pick up your purchase. Send us an email to schedule a date and time. Cash is preferred, but we CAN take Visa, MC, Discover and AmEx.  Don’t bring checks, Monopoly money, etc.
