2~Accessories: Since 1st, Oct. 2017, every piece of fan will be given 2pcs plastic cushion to adjust the tightness of fans. Some dancers may prefer fans to be tight so it can stay open all the way. Others want to open and close more dramatically. Put on the cushions the fans will become tighter. They also prevent the pin from sinking into bamboo hole.

Care

1~Get rid of the creases with a steaming iron to have the best floating. If you do not have steaming iron, hang it in your bathroom during a hot shower. Never use an iron.

2~Do not wash fans. Keep it clean.

3~Keep it off water. If rained, hang it dry before packing into a bag.

A~Color difference:

Due to the following reasons colors you receive may not be 100% the same as you expected:

1~The lighting circumstances where the photos were taken mislead you. For example, pink under yellow lights appears red. That is why we always take photos in the outdoor sunlight. 

2~Your computer or cell phone screen may display the color differently from mine.

3~Our work is done by hand and eye. Colors in different batches may differ a little.

B~Shipping time:

Our warehouse is in China. We always strive to make the fastest shipment within 12 hours after order placed. Shipping to USA and Europe takes 1~4 weeks. To Russia and South America 1~2 months. Please plan ahead of time.

Overseas shipping is subject to so many uncertainties. We do not have control over transportation. If the items are of great importance, please use express shipping, in which case please also take Customs taxes into consideration.

We keep a large stock. Orders will be shipped within 12 hours after placed. Although the products are in stock, they are shipped from China. Please be aware of the long shipping time. In the future, we may have warehouses in Europe and US to save the transportation time.
