This item will be sent via Royal Mail delivery. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items won over the weekend will usually be dispatched on next working day.
You should receive your item within 1-3 working days. However it can sometimes take a little longer to deliver, please give it up to 7 working days and also check with your neighbours and local sorting office to check if they have it waiting for you.

Returns are accepted within the 30 days of purchase. Return item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. Before sending back the item, please contact us to tell the issue.
Buyer has to pay the return postage and refund will be issued excluding postage fees, if buyer decided to exchange the item to another size, Buyer still pays the return postage.
In addition, buyer has to cover the exchanging cost of the postage. Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
