WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH?
While there may be some exceptions, in most cases we will dispatch the same day if ordered before 2pm (UK time).
DO YOU OFFER COMBINED POSTAGE?
Yes! On all of our listings combined postage is available, whether additional items are free or at a cheaper rate. To see what is offered, click the 'Postage & Payment' tab. If it asks you to contact us for delivery information, then please request an invoice from us. You can do this by adding the item(s) you would like to your shopping basket / cart and proceeding to checkout. From there you will see a link that says Request Total from Seller - simply click this and we will do the rest!
UK DELIVERY
For the majority of orders, we will use Royal Mail though we will use ParcelForce (or other couriers) for oversized and over max weight parcels. Delivery options are usually RM48, RM48 Tracked (where stated), RM24 Tracked, Other 48 Hour Courier (where stated) and Other 24 Hour Courier. Please note that estimated delivery is not guaranteed - if you need an item urgently then please select Next Day delivery, or ask if you are unsure.
For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and UK Islands, you will be charged the same as any other UK resident for standard deliveries (additional courier delivery charges may apply).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard delivery is Royal Mail International Standard. This is not a tracked delivery service; however, an International Tracked delivery option will usually be available as a separate option during checkout. Oversized items or items weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier. In some cases, we may not be able to send, depending on location and weight of parcel - in these circumstances we will let you know as soon as possible.
RETURNS
We accept returns up until 30 days after purchase providing the item(s) are unused, undamaged and in their original state. In the event of problems, please get in touch.
DELIVERY ESTIMATE NOT MET?
99% our orders will arrive within the estimated delivery, however regretfully there can be delays. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days on top of the last estimated date to allow for any delivery problems, additional processing or international customs.
