NEW factory sealed.  Box is in overall nice shape except on 1 side it looks like there was a sticker and it was partially removed tearing the cardboard in 1 spot.  The rest of the sticker is still there.  Otherwise just normal wear from handling.  Box is sealed and the contents are perfect and new.  The Try Me sound still works after all these years.  No returns if you open it.
