Kindly note that this baby carrier is made of high quality cotton material which has no elastic function.
 
Safety Check:
 
  • Make sure baby's nose and mouth are visible. Ensure that the baby doesn't curl into a "C" position with the chin resting on or near the chest.
  • Listen to baby's breathing. Repositioning baby if breathing is raspy, loud or abnormal.
  • Make sure you can fit at least two fingers between baby's chin and chest.
  • Learning, bending over or tripping can cause baby to fall. Keep one hand on baby while moving.

1. All products will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Items will be shipped within one business day after your payment has been cleared.

2. We ship within Australia nationwide, all types of addresses are accepted. 
3. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses. In the event of article returned due to nobody available to receive, non collection or invalid address, $13 article return fee applies. Additional shipping cost applies if redelivery is preferred. 

4. Local pick up is available in NSW.

5. Express postage option is available at extra cost.

6. We are NOT directly liable for any lost or damaged goods, but we'll try our best to solve the problem with buyers.

We take pride in our customer service and quality control every item before delivery. If you have received an item and it is damaged or faulty we will provide a full refund providing you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
 
Should you have a change of mind and wish to return your item after receiving it, you can receive a full refund less the 20% inspection and handling fee. Goods must be returned in original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date.
