Please check your personalisation requests carefully including spelling and capitalisation as we copy and paste these directly from your message.
Unless we are instructed otherwise we will print using our default font ARIAL BOLD in either white or black and maximise the text required to the print area.
Text will be centred over 1 or more lines depending on the amount of text requested.

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day.
Goods are despatched Monday to Friday via Royal Mail or courier. All our mail is franked and bar coded and a proof of postage is always obtained.
Standard 2nd class delivery is included free of charge which can take 2-3 WORKING days and is NOT a guaranteed delivery service.
Options to upgrade delivery to 1st class and guaranteed next day delivery are available during checkout for an additional charge.
Please Note:
Standard 1st class is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service - Royal Mail AIM to deliver 91% of 1st class mail next day. The only guaranteed delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Any additional postal charges are Royal Mail charges and not ours - we do not add additional fees to their prices.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days provided they are returned in an unused resale able condition complete with original packaging and all labels still attached. Please contact us prior to any return.
We regret that any goods once Personalised can not be returned unless faulty.
