Our parts are supplied from quality checked and approved by us. Any use of other manufacturers’ name, part number, trademark are for cross-reference information purpose only. 

We know what we are selling. All listed as new items are brand new and completely tested. Hydraulic engineers would like to support you for any your question, product selection or your project. If you are looking for a specific function parts that you don’t see in our list, please ask. We may have it in inventory that hasn’t been added yet. For high demand parts that you are looking, let us know, we might source or make it and add to our list.

If you purchase an item, please pay for it right away or contact us to let us know when you will be making payment. If you can’t make your payment, please you cancel it or let us know so we can cancel the transaction.  Also, international buyers please make sure you are aware of all fees your country may charge you upon arrival of your item(s).

Shipping:

Please don’t use Mail Box. Please we prefer to use commercial/business address if it is available.  Items usually ship out within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment. Items may be shipped using different company than that of the listing, at our discretion. If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us before purchase or placing bids. Listings offering free shipping or same rate for all buyers or any other shipping are for the 48 Continental United States only. Does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico or all international; please contact us before you bid/buy for a shipping quote for these place shipping. 

Payment:

Payment is due within 4 days of end of auction. Immediate payment due with all Buy it Now listings. Paypal is our selected payment. But we also accept check or bank directly deposit or transfer. If you want to pay by check or bank transfer, we will send you information for payment.

For some items, if buyer asks some option or express shipping that price might be different, price might be higher or lower, don’t worry, you can place order and don’t pay, add your note on the order, we will send invoice to buyer. Buyer just pay the new amount on the invoice.

Item details:

What you see, is what you get unless otherwise stated in item description. You might receive different one in color, package, label format or part number etc because we will ship you item according to what we have in stock. If any different, we will state it in the list  All Electronics are Sold AS-IS NO RETURNS. Under (Item Specifics) above, if the condition of the item(s) is stated as used, it does not mean that the item(s) has been tested for full functionality. We test the items basic functions, but not under any load. We do our best to distinguish if the item(s) should be listed in the “Used” category or the “For parts or not working” category since there is not a category for untested items.

International Orders:

Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or other fees their country may charge upon arrival of item. Shipping forms are filled out with accurate description and price. Please contact us for international shipping & Handling cost before you place order.

Returns: 

Returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any  buyer responsible reason. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition and not be used it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Return parts or unit must be good for resell condition. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.

Damaged items:

If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide pictures for insure claims. The following pictures will be required:  All damage, Box (overall and any damage to box), Close up of shipping label, All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc). These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit):

SKU letters/numbers are for our reference only. Our SKUs will sometimes be found in the title of a listing and/or in the description. These make no reference to the description of the item(s).

Sales Tax:

California State residents will be charged sales tax 8.75%. If purpose is for resell purpose, we don’t charge tax if buyer email us Seller Permit.

Questions and Contact:

Please ask any and all questions you have before you bid/buy. Ebay doesn’t allow buyer and seller contact each other outside ebay. So we only can discuss details about drawings, schematics, application, or different function litem required after you placed PO. The item you bought might is not you required exactly, don’t worry, if we can’t sell one you required, you can cancel it anytime.
