Oticon Corda 2 and Corda miniFIT thin tubes - Price is £5.95 per tube or £8.95 for a pair.

These thin tubes are for Oticon hearing aids supplied by NHS.

Domes are not included and can be purchase in our 'Domes' section.

Please note that if you are wearing a hearing aid with thick tubing and want to change to thin tubing without the help of your audiologist it is not straightforward, we do not advise.

Corda 2 vs Corda miniFIT - both types of tube can be fitted to Oticon NHS hearing aids like Spirit Zest, Synergy and Engage, BUT

Corda 2 slim tubes need to be matched with Oticon Corda Domes

and

Corda miniFIT slim tubes need to be matched with Oticon miniFit Domes.

Please don't mix and match – VERY IMPORTANT - if you mismatch the tube type and the dome type the dome may become detatched and get stuck in your ear!

To decide the size of tube you need to order remove the dome from an existing tube. At the end that points into your ear you will see a number, blue denotes a left tube, red denotes a right tube and the number itself is the size of the tube you need to order.

You may see a number like this – 0-0.9, 1-0.9, 2-0.9 or 3-0.9. Ignore the 0.9 and use the number itself ie 0, 1, 2, 3, (4 available with miniFit only)  and the colour of the number for left or right.

Also, you can swipe through the images on this listing, you will see an image of a Corda 2 thin tube tip, and next to it a Corda miniFit thin tube, both with the dome removed. You can use this image to compare with your existing thin tubes and decide what you need to order as a direct replacement.

The size of the tube reflects its length, the higher the number the longer it is, and as a general rule the taller you are the longer the tube needs to be. Please do take care with your choice of size and ideally replace like for like.

Once the item is out of the pack and it has been in your ear canal we can't accept it back for credit / exchange due to hygiene considerations. You would not appreciate if we sent one to you after it had been in someone else's ear!

If in doubt please ask our advice or alternatively the centre that supplied your hearing aids.
