This stunning hooded rayon velvet cape is 100% fully lined. It features a puritan collar with a one 'frog' button closure at neck. A basic cape with a long hood that will look amazingly witchy! The color is jet black.  Label: Natural.  The cape is a nice medium-weight rayon fabric, unlike the polyester velvet, which is extremely thin.
