1.      Shipping

We prefer your business address as shipping address for safer and faster if it is available. Of course, your home address is still OK. If we list free shipping, it is only for the lower 48 states only. Please contact us for shipping cost for Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO and International shipping. 

We use FedEx or USPS or UPS for shipping. We maintain the right to change carrier, without any notice to the buyer, so you receive your item(s) as fast as possible. Your item shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days after your valued payment. Normally item will be sent out in 24hours.

If you buy more than one items, we will combine shipping together if possible. In this case, you may contact us for this shipping discount if the combined shipping can reduce the shipping cost.

2.      Payment

We accept PayPal payment, Credit Cards through Paypal, check, or bank transfer.

1.      Warranty

We stand behind all our products for 12 months start from shipping date. We will ship out replacement or replacement parts at our discretion.

2.      Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product within 14 days after received. Buyers must pay the regional shipping fee and pay the return shipping charge unless stated otherwise. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item. 

Our policy is the customer is NUMBER ONE-no exceptions.  If you need to return anything, please contact us for a return authorization.  There is a 15%~20% re-stocking fee to keep us to offer best price and service, which may be waived depending on what kind of parts you purchased.  Items special ordered or built to your specifications cannot be returned.  Installed parts are not returnable. We will always try to accommodate our customers, so if you ordered a product you cannot use, contact us at and we will try to find solution..

3.      Brand Name and Trade Mark

All parts supplied by Amtech by Amtech brand name or Amtech partners’ brand name, use of other manufacturers’ name, part number and trademarks are for cross reference informational purposes only. Which may help shoppers quickly find the products they are looking for. For some OEM name or OEM part numbers if our products are interchangeable with, we will list as replacement or interchangeable.
