We are an honest Family run business that offers quality items at affordable prices, we strive to provide excellent service and always put the customer first. After having 2 children and retiring from teaching, Gemma (The boss) started selling handmade products locally and on Ebay, this quickly turned from a hobby into a full time business.

The company is based in West Carmarthenshire, near the beautiful Black mountains as well as the Brecon beacons, we ship items all over the world and continue to provide the same level of customer satisfaction as we did on day 1.

We Ship Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays). Orders placed and paid before 12.00 pm will be dispatched the same working day.

All orders include free standard shipping within the UK only, for an additional charge we can send on a next working day service. We currently ship all orders with Royal Mail and APC Overnight courier.

Note: Depending on location delivery times may vary depending on varying factors such as weather, peak period etc.

We offer a 30day no quibble returns policy on all products. If you wish to return the product for an exchange or refund, please contact us to arrange.

We offer a full refund on all returns, please note we only cover return shipping costs if the item is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent in error. For exchanges or unwanted items, the buyer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return request, choose "Return item" next to your item in your Ebay purchase history, choose the reason then a returns label and shipping label will be provided for you, simply post back and a refund will be given once we receive it.
