For sale is a Seat Occupancy Mat Sensor Bypass for BMW E46 (fits most 3 series BMWs from 1999 until 2005), this unit will fit in place of your defective seat occupancy detector sensor mat and get rid of the mat sensor fault code and dreaded air bag light!!!

It is a very easy to install bypass system simply remove the original (2 wire) mat connector and connect this bypass unit to the seat's SBE control unit side plug that has blue and white wires. See picture gallery for SBE control unit image with emulator installed. After installing the emulator clear the airbag control unit fault codes with BMW OEM or equivalent scan tool.

Safety Note: This unit will keep the passenger side air bag armed at all times (do not place children or car seats in front seat) in case there is an accident the air bag will deploy.
