This Unit does not require External Power Adapter if you are going to connect 2.5" IDE Hard Disk drive, but for any other devices such as 3.5" IDE, SATA Hard Disk Drive or CD-RW, DVD-RW, CD Rom, DVD Rom it will require external Power Adapter if it is not connected to one already. External power adapter is not included in the package. If you require one, you have to arrange one yourself.

1. Please set jumper wire to the MASTER mode of your hard disk.

2. Please note: power adapter (220v Mains) is not included.

3. You are required to connect the external power for 3.5” IDE & SATA HDD. Please pay attention to keep good heat dissipation of your external power adapter. And please always remember to remove the external power adapter and disconnect it from the connection if you do not use the hard disk. 

4. We do not accept any liability for any data loss claim. You will agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred when putting your HDD via this USB TO IDE SATA Cable. And you will agree to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored inside your HDD before connecting your HDD with your PC via this cable. 

5. We do not accept any liability for any third party claim. We do not accept any hard disk claim or motherboard claim.

• What if my returning item is lost during transit? If you are sending back the item for replacement, repair or Refund; we will not be responsible if the goods does not reach us.
