Factory seconds or seconds are retail items which, through minor fault of manufacture, are sold to the public at a reduced price, rather than being discarded.
The amount of damage or fault in the item which may constitute an item being resold as a second varies widely; in clothing, for example, this may be:
- A tiny hole or cut
- Loose thread/clicks
- Rear buttons may be missing
- May have a blank button
- May have other minor defects
- Slight blemishes
The original labels and buttons will have been removed to prevent shop returns and where appropriate have been replaced with blank buttons and a "Classic" label.
Returns:
If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you change your mind, please feel free to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. We will issue a refund upon receiving the item. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, therefore, we recommend the item is returned and another order is placed.
Your returned parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, please keep the proof of postage. We recommend using Royal Mail recorded service. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or doesn't fit.
