Please be advised we only accept returns for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, if the product is as stated then no refund will be given. Please be aware of your own size and fitment in the various brands and sizes we sell. No underwear is accepted for returns due to obvious hygiene reasons. Goods may be considered for an exchange but all postage charges will be at the customers expense if the product was correctly supplied in the first instance.

 

If the advert listing is for 'various sizes, please be aware of what sizes we have listed on the advert description, and please leave a message in "leave seller a message'' box on the invoice page clearly stating what size you require. if you miss this please send a normal message stating the size after purchasing. we cannot ship your goods until we know what you need!

 

All small orders are sent via royal mail, so the postage times is out of our hands once it has left unless you request special delivery terms before purchasing.

Any orders abroad are sent via royal mail INT postage, and can be tracked, and please bear in mind for countries of some distance away can take a few weeks to arrive! all postage is charged at cost and no profit is made.
