If you are looking for a specific item that you don’t see in our list, please ask. We may have it in inventory that hasn’t been added yet. For high demand parts that you are looking, let us know, we might source or make it and add to our list.

If you purchase an item, please pay for it right away or contact us to let us know when you will be making payment. If you can’t make your payment, please let us know so we can cancel the transaction.  Also, international buyers please make sure you are aware of all fees your country may charge you upon arrival of your item(s). We test the items basic functions, but not under any load. We do our best to distinguish if the item(s) should be listed in the “Used” category or the “For parts or not working” category since there is not a category for untested items.

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit):

SKU letters/numbers are for our reference only. Our SKUs will sometimes be found in the title of a listing and/or in the description. These make no reference to the description of the item(s).

Payment:

Payment is due within 4 days of end of auction. Immediate payment due with all Buy it Now listings. Paypal is our selected payment. But we also accept check or bank directly deposit. Just add note when order placed. If you want to pay by check or bank directly deposit, we will send you information for payment.

Shipping:

Items usually ship out within 1-3 business day of receiving cleared payment. Items may be shipped using different company than that of the listing, at our discretion. If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us before purchase or placing bids. Listings offering free shipping or same rate for all buyers are for the Continental 48 States only.Does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico or all international; please contact us before you bid/buy for a shipping quote for these places.  

International Orders:

Buyer is responsible for any customs fees (or other fees) their country may charge upon arrival of item. Shipping forms are filled out with accurate description and price. Please contact us for international shipping & Handling cost before you place order. All international buyer can place order first, but not pay. We will send you invoice that show you international shipping cost and Extra charge 13% of international shipping fee that is charged by Ebay and Paypal.

Returns: 

Not all our items are returnable. If our list is return accepted, we take return. Returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components/accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms. Return must be good for resale conditions. Any used items return will not be accepted. If buyer claim quality issue, return item will be tested by our technician or 3rd party to approve. If our technician or 3rd party can not approve the buyer's quality, we don't refund. Don't use the package that shipping in one if the package was damaged already. 

Damaged items:

If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide pictures for insure claims. The following pictures will be required:  All damage, Box (overall and any damage to box), Close up of shipping label,  All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc)

These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.

Sales Tax:

California State residents will be charged sales tax.
