Most of the items we sell are in stock and are shipped within one business day, but some may require an additional 1-5 days of processing time. The delivery estimates for all of our items are provided in the auction description. Please check the delivery estimate for the item before placing your order. This will ensure that you receive the item when you need it and will prevent disappointment.

We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped and this will include a US Postal Service (USPS) tracking number. Most other countries do not scan US tracking barcodes so no tracking information may be available on the package once it leaves the US. This is not unusual and is no cause for concern.

Shipping costs are specified in the auction. We ship by USPS First Class Mail domestically and by USPS First Class International Mail to all other countries. We always offer discounts for multiple items going to the same address. Just place the order and, before you pay, request a combined invoice.

We offer a 30-day money back return policy on all of our items. If you are not happy with your new shirt for any reason just let us know and we will make arrangements for you to exchange or return it. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction.

I paid for my order a few days ago, why hasn't it shipped yet?

Although we stock thousands of items in our Western New York warehouse, some items require a few days of handling time for printing or inbound shipping. Most items that are not in stock will be ready to ship in about a week. For items that are regularly stocked, we generally ship within one business day. The estimated delivery time shown in your order details includes any applicable handling time and should be accurate.

Are your items licensed and authentic?

Every item we sell is guaranteed to be original, fully licensed and authentic.

Why does my sublimated tee shirt have white unprinted voids in some areas?

Each sublimated shirt is processed by hand and involves printing a two-dimensional design over the entire surface of three dimensional tee shirt form. Some white voids along fold lines are inevitable and will appear in different places on each shirt.

My shirt doesn't fit, how can I exchange it?

Please send us a note from your ebay account and let us know what size you would like instead. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the shirt. Please note that it must be received in the same new and unwashed condition in which it was shipped. We will order the replacement shirt immediately and will ship it as soon as the original shirt is received back here.

My item is defective, how can I exchange it?

Please send us a note from your ebay account and let us know about the issue. If possible, please attach a picture of item so we can determine the cause of the problem. We will arrange to have a replacement item shipped to you as quickly as possible and for you to return the original item at our expense.

The item isn't what I expected, how do I return it for a refund?

Please send us a note from your ebay account within the specified return period and let us know that you want to send the item back. We will reply with return instructions. Please note that the item must returned in the same new and unused condition in which it was shipped.

I live outside the U.S., do you offer shipping to my country?

Presently, we offer direct shipping to Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia as well as the countries of Europe. We also offer shipping through ebay's Global Shipping Program which provides shipping services to many other countries as well. Under this program, we ship to ebay's U.S.-based shipping center and they handle the international shipping arrangements.

I live outside the U.S. and want to order more than one item, do you offer shipping discounts?

Definitely. Generally, the cost of shipping additional items will be half the cost of the first item. For an exact quote please send us a note with a complete list of the items you would like to purchase. Once you are ready to buy, please purchase your items but, before you pay, please give us the chance to combine the invoices and apply the shipping discount.

Do you sell your items wholesale?

We do offer wholesale pricing on many items that we have in large quantity. Please send us a note and we will provide you with price and quantity details.
