Due to the crushed velvet material being 2 tone the light reflecting on the photo shows the other shade and from photo to real look there might be slight discrepancy in the colour. We are able to send out samples if required to check the shade. This is not just the case for our items all sellers items in crushed velvet material as per photo to actual item will not match 100%.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days after dispatch which can take 2-3 working days.

We aim to send the item out as soon as possible and the dates given on the listing or provided by ebay are only estimates. Please contact us to get a rough idea when to expect item.

Upon receiving delivery please check the item to ensure no damage has been caused whilst in transit as all items are checked before delivery.

If item is damaged please put a note on the signature box on the couriers device

If an item is purchased and you live in an area where free delivery isn’t available, we will email you and provide details about the additional cost for postage or option to cancel the transaction.

All items are delivered by a one man Logistics/National Courier Service.

The delivery company can only deliver to the front door of the designated delivery address.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGED

All our items are checked to ensure there is no damage and are made to high standards. Please ensure all items are checked upon delivery to ensure no damage is caused in transit and if damaged upon arrival please note on the signature slip to say item damaged and sign the slip.

Please notify us as soon as possible about the damaged item, provide pictures and also confirm if you signed the courier slip or not.

Any contact about damaged items once the delivery has been signed for we can offer a replacement depending on the damage, a partial refund or full refund once item is returned.

In the event of you wanting to return the item for any reason other than damage then you would have to pay the cost of returning the item to us, once received we will give you the refund minus p&p charges we have paid.
