Shipping
Most orders placed by 2PM EST ship the SAME DAY, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next business day.

USA Shipping
For domestic US shipping, we offer Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day delivery options. Please note that shipping days are in business days (M-F). So for example, an order with Next Day delivery placed on Friday would be delivered on Monday.
International Shipping

Returns
For your peace of mind, we offer a 14 to 30 day return policy on all of our items (depending on the product). This return window starts the day you receive the item.
To request a return, send us a message through the eBay messaging system. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), as well as return instructions on where to send the item. RMA #s are valid for 7 days after they have been issued. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Return amount will be based on original product cost, less any shipping costs
