If retuned item is in the original condition as shipped and with the original tag on, you receive 100% of the item's purchase price AND free shipping label. Items with labels & tags that have been removed are not eligible for return but may be eligible for exchange of an identical item or a substantially similar item of equal value.

All Fine Jewelry and Fine Watch returns and exchanges must be accompanied with all original packaging, including any gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity which may have been included. The items must be returned within 30 days. Items MUST be returned to the location from which it was shipped.

• If shipping, returns must be sent using the label provided by us, unless otherwise instructed.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• The security tag must be attached to the merchandise.
• Fine Jewelry returns must include all items, including the gift box.
• Watch returns must include the box and warranty.
• Personalized or sized Fine Jewelry items cannot be returned.
• Fine Jewelry and Watches must be free of scratches, marks or damage, and no alteration or resizing of the item.

Please do not use or alter the item in any way as this will void your return. Please ensure you are purchasing the accurate item. We (the seller) pay the return shipping.

International Returns

International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.

*We will inspect, clean, polish and maintain your jewelry that was purchased from us for free for as long as you own it. Cleaning ensures that your fine jewelry is always looking exceptional and inspection ensures your jewelry is protected and ready for everyday wear. You’re responsible for related shipping costs. In the event a gemstone is lost from your jewelry due to normal wear and tear, we will replace that stone as long as you own it. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the replacement stone.

What's Excluded:

• Lost, stolen or abused jewelry.
• Jewelry that can't be reworked to look like new (like stainless steel).
• Free resizing of rings made with metals that can't be resized, like cobalt and titanium.
• Warranty does not apply to lost, stolen, or abused merchandise.
• Merchandise will not be guaranteed if it has been abused or worn out of expectations for normal, everyday wear. Examples include garbage disposal mishaps and accidental run ins with your car tire and driveway.
• Jewelry not capable of being reworked to look like new is not eligible for our Lifetime Warranty.
• We do guarantee titanium and cobalt wedding bands for life like any other wedding band. However, due to the tremendous strength and hardness of these metals they cannot be resized.
• Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than WJD EXCLUSIVES will void your Lifetime Warranty.

• Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.

  Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
  3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
• Lifetime warranties are nontransferable to a third party unless gifted within a family.
