Skirt gorgeous with an overlay panel partial wrap covering the back and a 20" slit for movement exposing black front and creating a symmetrical look 

Skirt...13" waist flat...43 1/2" long...hip area 19" flat

I have turned each piece inside for your viewing... was dry cleaned prior to listing but due to fabric underarm discoloration area would not come out and top was stained trying to remove
