You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and with all tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not arrange collections for your returns.  Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless item being sent wrong or faulty. It's your responsibility to post the item and keep proof of postage. Buyer is responsible for return charges. Upon issuing you a prepaid label we will deduct it from your remaining balance.You inform us within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Any * ex-chain store item will have had the labels cut/removed/blacked out by the wholesaler in compliance with UK resale laws to prevent unauthorized returns. The quality is unaffected. We are not responsible for your size selections if you are unsure please contact customer services for measurement before purchase.
