Return Policy
** At this time items that were purchased and shipped outside of the United States via eBay's Global Shipping Program is NOT ELIGIBLE for returns. Please ensure you ask all questions prior to placing your order. **
Return requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt back at our facility. Please ensure you submit a return request through eBay, print out the address label with RMA and follow the process to ensure a timely refund on your return. Buyer should receive an email notification from eBay/PayPal once the refund has posted to your account.
In order for small business to continue to provide our customers with FREE standard domestic shipping on your purchase and low prices on our product, we must recuperate some of the shipping costs from items that are returned that is not a result of our error. There will be a 20% restocking charge for all items returned, unless the reason for return is our error (example: we shipped you a product that is different than what is listed on your order).
Shipping cost paid by Buyer, associated with international orders, domestic expedited shipping or domestic second day air that is undeliverable by the carrier for any reason are NON-REFUNDABLE.
GREEN PLANET COLLECTIONS reserves the right to inspect and test returns and impose a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price if the Buyer misrepresents the condition of the returned product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the Buyer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product. Again, we may refuse or delay refunds if fraud or abuse is suspected.
If you would like to return a product and are eligible for a return, you must use the managed returns process through eBay so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns that didn’t go through eBay’s managed returns process and are shipped without an RMA may not be eligible for a refund.
Buyer is solely responsible for printing out the RMA and return label to ship back the product(s) by the date indicated on the RMA. The Buyer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you received a promotional product with your purchase (i.e. free case, Bluetooth, etc.) and return the eligible product, you must also return the promotional product for a product refund. You may choose keep the promotional product. However, it will be deducted from your return based on how it was calculated on your invoice. For an example, please view your invoice. A 20% restocking charge and Seller’s original shipping cost will be deducted from your return as noted above. If Buyer returns an incorrect item that was not purchased from us, we will make an attempt to contact the Buyer via eBay messaging. If we do not hear back from the Buyer within 30 days, Buyer forfeits any claims from the product and product will then become GREEN PLANET COLLECTION'S property. In addition, if a product returned to us does not include the return authorization form, we cannot issue a refund as we cannot look up your order information without the order number or RMA. If you'd like to return an item you bought on eBay, please follow the managed returns process:
- To start a return, find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
- Select the reason for the return. You'll see your anticipated refund amount.
- Print a return shipping label and packing slip.
- Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller within 5 business days* of starting the return. You can drop the package off at the post office or schedule a pickup with the US Postal Service.
- You can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. (Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu).Seller will issue your refund within 5 business days after receiving the item.
Please understand that we do not offer exchanges so that we can ensure you receive what you ordered.
