 Process:

Programming Service:

·         It generally takes us about 24 hours or less to program a unit and have it shipped out. IF there are any roadblocks, we will let you know within 24 hours and we'll make appropriate arrangements at that time.

·         Once you receive the unit, please note that you may need to clear any codes left on the unit prior to a successful start. We generally try to clear them before leaving our facility.

Warranty: 

·         Guaranteed in good working condition.

·         We work very hard to ensure every ECU is in good working condition to lessen any issues.

·         It is HIGHLY recommended to have a qualified shop install the unit.

·         If you do have an issue with a unit, please let us know as soon as possible.

Additional Services/Info:

·         We can clone stock or tuned ECU's so long as they still power on and we'll need the unit here with us to do that. We will keep your old ECU to deter copying of intellectual property.

·         YOU MUST fix any issues that may have damaged your current ECU or you will have the exact same issue with any new unit's installed.

·         Please have your ECU out or have a part number in hand prior to calling us.

Shipping:

·         International Shipping:

o    Express or expedited shipping only covers the shipping to the Global Shipping Program's hub. We cannot expedite any further as it's out of our hands.

o    Please allow up to 60 days for complete delivery of international units. Usually it's delivered within 14-30 days but sometimes things happen that are out of our control.

·         Domestic Shipping:

o    Free shipping within the United States

o    USPS Express is available. It generally takes about 1-2 business days depending on how close you are to a major city.

o    We are not responsible for any late packages if they are shipped within 24 hours of payment received. We do our best to get them out same day. After they leave here, they are out of our control.

o    Signature confirmation may delay delivery time by 1-2 days. If you wish to decline this service. You must tell us BEFORE purchasing as we get the express packages out very quickly.

Info:

·         YOU MUST fix any issues that may have damaged your current ECU.  If you do not do this, you WILL run into other problems and we are not

responsible for this. This includes damaging the new ECU.

·         Please ensure your unit is actually bad. ECU's are notoriously difficult to diagnose.

·         Please have your ECU out or have a part number in hand prior to calling us.

Replacements:

·         International Replacements:

o    Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use the part number, pictures and description provided to make sure this part fits your vehicle.

o    Not all descriptions are 100% correct. We do our best but if you are unsure about an Unit, purchase by part number ONLY.

o    No replacements or returns accepted on International shipments. These are sold as is 

·         Domestic Replacements:

o    We try our best to make sure every customer is HAPPY!

o    If there is a problem with a part we sent you we must know within 30 days of you receiving the unit. 

o    Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use the part number, pictures and description provided to make sure this part fits your vehicle. If you are unsure, let us know and we will do our best to help.

o    Not all descriptions are 100% correct. We do our best but if you are unsure about a unit, purchase by part number ONLY.

o    Not all pictures are of the exact unit. Each unit may vary but will be 100% mechanically correct to the part number.

o    If you are returning a defective or not working unit for replacement, we MUST have a diagnostic sheet from a qualified shop showing installation as well as diagnostics or we reserve the right to refuse to replace the unit. We work with you as best we can but we check these units multiple times before they leave our facility. It's very unlikely you will ever get a bad unit.

o    If our security seal/tape is broken, we reserve the right to refuse the replacement of the unit. We use this seal so we can protect our customers and ourselves to verify that the unit is exactly as we have sent it.

o    Please contact your local mechanic or dealer about programming the unit to your car PRIOR to purchase. We cannot be responsible for lack of due diligence.

o    If you order the wrong ECU, please contact us and we can work with you on getting the correct part. Depending on the circumstances, there may be additional costs.

o    If you think your unit is defective, we will replace it. After one replacement, we reserve the right to decline any return/replacement. The odds of you receiving 2 bad units is highly unlikely. Again, we check every unit that leaves so if the ECU's keep having problems, it's likely not our unit. We will work with you as best we can with this and we are not unreasonable. Customer service is our top priority.

o    If you are returning a unit, it MUST be packaged well or we reserve the right to decline a return. Not all units that are seen as bad are actually bad.
