SHIPPING 

Orders with confirmed shipping addresses received by 11:00 AM CST will ship the same day Mon-Fri. Orders received Fri after the 11:00 AM CST cut-off time will ship the following business day.  

We offer FREE USPS First Class Shipping for all Domestic orders to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Estimated shipping time varies by region below.  

         48 Contiguous States:  2-3 Days 

         Alaska/Hawaii:  4-8 Days 

         Guam/American Samoa/Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico:  5-10 Days 

         APO/FPO/DPO:  14-28 Days 

RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of receipt back at our facility. Please submit a return request through the sales channel the item was purchased through, print out the RMA, and follow the process to ensure a timely refund on your return.  Buyer will receive an email notification from the sales channel once the refund has posted to buyer’s account. 

Partial refund of 20% will apply for all items returned, unless the reason for return is our error (example: we shipped you a product that is different than what is listed on your order).  
Partial refund will apply for the following reasons but are not limited to: 

• 
        Bought by mistake 
• Better price available 
•       No longer needed (buyer’s remorse) 
•       Item(s) purchased in error 
•       Item doesn’t fit 

Items purchased in our ‘Handmade’ category are not eligible for returns unless there is an error on our part.  Each handmade item is made to order so it’s been thoroughly inspected before shipping out.  We also are unable to cancel these orders because production begins soon after the order is received. 

What to do if you think you received a damaged product... 
If you think you received a damaged product, please contact us using the sales channel messaging center immediately so that we can determine how to resolve the issue.  Ensure you include exactly what is damaged on the product, photos are extremely helpful.  If a return request is submitted and no details are included about the damage, a 20% partial refund will apply. 

Products returned that are damaged due to user error will not be eligible for a refund.  We will not be shipping these back to you so please make sure you do not return these. When in doubt, send us a message.

• In no event will Seller be liable for any damages incurred, indirect or consequential, whether resulting from the purchase, use, misuse, inability to use or inability to install the product or defects in the product.  In addition, Seller is not liable for damages caused by negligence; improper maintenance; improper storage; misuse; installation; abuse; impact or other force, whether prior or subsequent to installation; normal wear and tear; fire, lightning, tornadoes, or other acts of God; contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; excessive electrical supply; abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions; application other than intended use; unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification; buyer’s remorse. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Seller be responsible for damages to, or the replacement of cell phones, mp3 players, or any other underlying product used in conjunction with the product purchased from Seller.
