Each club is carefully examined to determine its condition and then graded and put into its proper category. As you know everyone has their own option on the condition of a golf club. What we take into consideration when making our decision is the head, paint, shaft, grip and head cover if included. Then we look at the overall appearance and condition and then grade it accordingly. Just because there could be some light scuffing or small chipping in the paint or signs of normal use on the face and sole does not automatically down grade its condition if the rest of the club looks great.
We take great pride in our grading system and you will find that when your club arrives it has been properly graded.

We understand that you do not want to wait a week to get your item. That is way we offer same day shipping on all orders received by 10:30 AM PST Mon-Fri excluding holidays and weekends.

We try very hard to describe our clubs the best that we can. If you feel that we made a mistake in the description of your club or clubs please do not hesitate to contact us at 209-888-4494 so we can try and resolve your concerns. If not, you may return your club or clubs (within 30 days of receipt) as long as the club or clubs have not been used. We have placed a sticker on the face of each club and if it is removed or altered we will not accept the club or clubs back, no exceptions.
New Clubs or other new items must be returned Unused and in the same condition they were received, unopened and still in the original manufacturers packaging including the shrink wrap and tags along with all accessories if included. Any item that has been opened or used is no longer considered new and subject to a restocking fee up to 25% at our discretion with the exception of some clothing.
We have no control over how the shipping companies handle your package. If it arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can start an insurance claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging in case we need photos of the damaged packaging. We will replace the item provided we have another one in stock. If not we will refund you in full and provide you with a return shipping label.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number prior to being returned. Please contact us Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM PST to discuss your return and receive your RMA# and label if applicable. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box and place your original packing slip in the box for faster processing.
