Computer Alliance was established in 2000 and now employ over 70 staff operating primarily from our showroom at 1517 Logan Road, Mt Gravatt, Brisbane.

Our technology product range is one of the most extensive in Australia and we support our products with a dedicated engineering team to provide Managed Services, Helpdesk, and General IT support for clients nationwide.

We maintain a significant stock level at out Mount Gravatt warehouse and can ship most orders same or next day. Our stock is sourced through Authorised Australian Distributors and we are an authorised reseller of most major brands.

Australian Warranty and Support

We have technicians available 7 days per week available for contact by phone.

We provide an Australian Warranty on all products sold for the full manufacturer’s warranty period.

You can return any faulty parts directly to us, or deal direct with the manufacturers agent where more convenient (many manufacturers have agents Australia Wide and may be local to you).

All our prices are GST Inclusive and your order will come with an Australian Tax Invoice.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

We will fully refund orders that are returned unopen and unused (in the same condition as when you received them) for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

We do not promise to accept returns on open/used products, but we may do so at our discretion. Where we are willing to accept a return on an open product, a partial refund may be offered, depending on condition. The difference between what you paid and what we will offer to refund is our estimate of how much we will need to discount the product resale as an open/used product. We assess returns that have been open on a case by case basis and typical refunds are in the range of 70-90% of amount paid.

To arrange a change of mind return, please create a return against the order in eBay within 30 days of purchase. If you have opened or used the item, please make a note on the return describing the condition of the item.

Pricing Protection and Cancellations

We are not able to provide refunds related to price drops on a product after you have placed an order. Please ensure when you place an order that you are satisfied with the product and price, and other conditions of sale, including this pricing policy.

eBay may also, at their discretion, offer various coupon discounts that may apply to our products from time to time and reduce their cost to you.

If you place an order and realise you have made a mistake by not applying a coupon code, provided wrong details, or there is some other reason you want to cancel, please notify us immediately.

We will cancel and refund an order where the order has yet to ship and is still practical to physically find and access. If an order is past the point we can cancel, you may still be able to return it for a full refund by arranging shipping back of the unopened products via a eBay return

Important Shipping Information – Please tell us if you will be home to receive

All orders must be signed for on delivery.

To help us understand which courier is best to use for your order, please add a note at the checkout to indicate if someone will be at the shipping address during weekday business hours to sign for the order.

Where you indicate someone will be available to sign for the delivery, then we may use a commercial courier such as Startrack or Couriers Please. If you indicate that no one will be available to receive the order or do not leave us a note, we will typically use Australia Post eParcel to residential addresses and commercial couriers to business addresses. With Aus Post, you will have the option to collect at the local post office if they miss you at home.

We ship to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, and PO Boxes using Australia Post eParcel.

We cannot 100% promise the delivery method used and may vary the courier depending on other factors at our discretion such as the value of the order, size, risk of damage, and location and nature of your address. We will send you tracking information once the order has shipped.

Over 90% of orders ship same or next business day, except through high volume periods, such as during promotional events, when shipping may take an extra day or two.
