If you receive the item damaged, please contact us to get a return merchandise authorization number for replacement. If not in stock, a refund will be issued.

    Replacement & Repairs:

    PMG Seller does not repair devices. Should an issue arise the following steps must be followed to resolve any technical difficulties with the unit to determine the need for replacement via the manufacturer only.

    • All our products come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
    • We have a strick Quality and Control team that checks each phone that ships from our warehouse.
    • In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will assist you with a warranty return which must be sent to the manufacturer directly. When the goods are received back their will be an attempt to either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement. Prior to this there will be a series of standard troubleshooting steps that must be done just to make sure returning the item back is even necessary.
    • If you experience any problem with a product bought from PMG Seller, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any warranty related repair / replacement returns must be discussed with PMG Seller Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork back to the manufacturer.
    • In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement under warranty, your shipping costs returning the product to the Manufacturer's warehouse are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by PMG Seller.
    • Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify component invalidates the warranty.
