Orders are dispatched on one of the following services:

- Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class

- Courier Delivery (24hr - Next working day).

- Saturday / Sunday delivery available upon request.

All customers should expect to receive their orders within 2-3 days maximum. If goods have not been delivered after 3 days, please contact us and we will be able to advise you.

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us within 30 days. Please contact us prior to returning any product. 

Please be advised we reserve the right to refuse refunds if we feel any damage may have been caused by the customer whilst using the item. Upon receiving a return, the item will be inspected and a refund processed accordingly. 

Please note that a 20% Re-Stocking Fee will apply for items returned due to buyer error and/or if the item is not faulty. 

In most cases, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. If the product is found to be faulty, we will refund the cost of the return postage. 

All damaged or broken items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be: - 

1. New and Unused
2. Resaleable
3. Returned in the original packaging 

Although it is not a requirement- we strongly suggest that all items returned are shipped using a recorded courier. 

Please ensure to put a note inside the box to let us know where the item has come from, the reason for returning, how you paid, your eBay ID and name and address, as this will speed up the process.
