Payment Information: VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX / DISCOVER /  PAYPAL accepted.

Contact Us: Please feel free to contact us anytime through the ebay message board.  On each of our ebay listings you will see options to contact us. The "ask seller a question" link  and the "Contact seller" link are the two best ways to contact us. Your question will automatically link to your purchase or the item in question and will be answered Mon-Fri during our operating hours. No ebay question or message goes unanswered.  Please DO NOT contact us via email regarding your ebay purchase. 

Return Policy: Here is how to arrange an ebay return  http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/return-item.html  Arrangements must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Returns are permitted only with the prior approval of UPE_Group. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied on returns due to customer error. Authorized returns will be credited at the transaction price, minus any applicable fees. The adjusted amount will refunded back to the buyer's payment method after the item has been returned back to UPE_Group.  The above fees will NOT be charged on items returned due to manufacturers’ defect or shipping errors caused by UPE_Group, USPS or FEDEX.

Shipping Address: We ship to the buyers ebay ship to address. Please make sure your ship to address is correct before checking out. 

Domestic Shipping:  We are open Monday through Friday shipping eBay orders.  All orders ship within 24 BUSINESS Hours of payment confirmation. We ship most orders the same day that we receive them, just as long as your payment clears before mid afternoon EST. Items are shipped USPS or FEDEX ground. The shipping method will be listed on the shipping/payments tab or underneath the buy-it-now button on all ebay listings. We generate shipping labels through ebay, so your tracking info will be emailed to you the moment your shipping label is generated. You can click the link on your tracking info to get up to date tracking info regarding your shipment. You can find the link on your transaction details page, or under the "Buying" portion on your "My eBay" page. For specific shipping info and combined shipping rules, please click the "shipping and payment" tab on any of our ebay listings. That link will show you the shipping specifics and combined shipping rules relating to that specific item.

International Shipping: All items we sell are available for international shipping through the ebay 3rd party Global Shipping program. UPE_Group will ship your item to the ebay global shipping center in Kentucky. Combined Shipping Rules: Simply use the ebay shopping cart feature and add items to your cart for one flat shipping rate. eBay's Combined shipping Rules are usually implemented by all ebay sellers. The only way for eBay to recognize multiple items going to the same address is by using the ebay shopping cart feature. Add items into ONE ebay shopping cart and check out on ONE transaction/purchase. You can also request an invoice from the seller once you have added all of the items into your ebay shopping cart. 

Tracking Information: We provide Tracking info on every item that is purchased on ebay. The tracking info will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. 

Feedback Policies: Anyone who purchases from us gets positive feedback. If you have any sort of issue with the item you received from us, please contact us before leaving a bad feedback. We would be more than happy to correct any issue. Regardless if we accidentally sent you the wrong item (which seldom happens)  or the customer ordered the wrong part by mistake. WE WILL correct any potential problem. 

Sales Tax:  The Purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of all state sales taxes. 

Liability: UPE_Group is a dstributor and as such, has no direct or indirect control over the materials, processes, or quality control procedures used by the manufacturers of the products we resell. Accordingly, UPE_Group will NOT be held responsible for damages resulting from product defects, or, from mis-applications/improper installations by the customer or end user. It is the purchasers responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for the specific application.  If it is deemed defective, UPE_Group shall be held harmless of any and all damages including (but not limited to) physical injury, property damage, water damage or otherwise for any reason. If the purchased item is deemed defective, UPE_Group will make arrangements to replace the defective item at no additional costs to the customer.
