This Mandolin is the easy way to prepare fruit and

The thickness of the slices are adjusted by altering the selector
dial on the side.
Turn the dial to create julienne slices 3 mm thick and again
for 9mm thickness.
Turn again and you can create slices ideal for a gratton
dish with thicknesses from 0.75mm to 9 mm.
