Complete mechanism for roof and cover panel. Fully working. Includes all wires and the stupid plastic clip that always breaks!
We don't use 'discount' couriers but no delivery services are perfect so please, don't hold it against us if we dispatch your item on time but it takes longer to arrive than you hoped. 99% of our UK Shipping is done through either Royal Mail or UPS.
Our standard service on smaller items is Royal Mail 48 with a 'delivery aim' of 2 working days. For UPS, we use a Next Day service though for remote areas, this can be 2 days. Most of our products have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for a small charge.
If you need something urgently, please contact us for Special Delivery options.
PayPal is our preferred payment method and offers the best level of protection for both buyers and sellers.
Items to be collected from us in person cannot be paid for via PayPal.
We can also accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash On Collection.

We offer 30-day returns as standard on all new products. You should use the eBay returns process for a managed return.
For used products, returns are only accepted in the unlikely event of a problem such as a fault, damage in transit or if we have made an error in the decription.
Return shipping will be paid by us where we are at fault. If you have changed your mind or no longer require the item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
In any event, you will receive a full refund, we do not charge a 'restocking fee'.

Legally required information including our address, telephone number and email address will only be displayed in the "Business Details" section of a sellers profile page.

To allow us to ship more items to more countries easily, we use the eBay Global Shipping Program whereby we ship the item to a UK handling centre and eBay forward it on to you. It is a reliable and generally cost-effective service backed by eBay's Buyer Protection if any problems should arise.
This does however mean that we have no control over delivery times or shipping costs so it is not always the best option. It may sometimes be quicker or cheaper if we ship to you directly.
