Oakley Romeo 1 has a different orbital screw which is longer (length). We sell the screw for Romeo 1 on our website and eBay store under the product code R1-SC.
Over the years, we have found out that there are some older generation Romeo 1 which requires a much longer orbital screw. Or this might be individual difference we are not quite sure.
