If an item is new, the purchaser will be covered under manufacturer's warranty unless announced otherwise. The items offered do not have literature or manual included. If you require documentation, contact us and we will try our best to assist you. All items posted on our website & in our catalog are tested prior to shipment and falls within the category of New/NIB, Surplus, Refurbished, Takeout, or Used.

1. New or New in Box: The item was never used, out of box in Mint Condition; or/and the item is Factory packaged  

2. Surplus: New older item that are in unused condition with possible scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents?

3. Refurbished: A used item that was not working and have been fixed to be operational. May have possible scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents?
 
4. Takeout: Used fewer than 6 months, before taken out of service. May have possible scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents?
 
5. Used: Used more than 6 months, tested fully to be working. May have possible scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents?


 

Shipping Policies

Time: All items purchased usually ship within 2 business days, however, it may take up to 5 business days. The buyer will be notified of any exception upon full payment received and cleared. If you need the item quicker or expedited, please contact us prior to purchase. Additionally, local pickup is possible on Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm New York City time(Please give us an advanced 24 hours notice to expedite preparation of purchase order).

Shipping Charges: Due to the nature of commercial shipping, per-determining your exact shipping charges would be most difficult. However, we do take special care in giving you the best shipping prices available on business versus residential address vie freight, to UPS & USPS.


Return Policies: Please be advised all items offered are sold "as-is" and will be tested before delivery to ensure they are free of manufacturer's defects. If the item is dead or defective on arrival, then we will be happy to exchange it for another product if available, or give a full refund upon return. If returned due to no misrepresentation, errors, or/and fault on our side or on the product, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
