Our merchandise is purchased from auctions, store closeouts, and wholesalers. This merchandise comes from store returns, shelf pulls, display items, and excess inventory. These items are taken out of the box and tested and inspected to ensure functionality and should work like new. Unfortunately I cannot test every aspect of every item and a buyer might find issues that I missed. IF there is a problem with your item once received, BEFORE opening a case, please contact us. Although we do our best to be as accurate as possible, we are human, we can make mistakes. Every situation is different and we would like the opportunity to correct whatever the issue is. In most cases, these items are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, but the box was opened previously so it may be slightly worn in appearance and will be re-taped or the item repackaged in a new box. Since a portion of our open box items were customer returns, it is possible that some accessories may be missing from the box and there may be evidence of minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch. Any defects or missing accessories will be noted. Merchandise is New unless stated otherwise. There are times when an item is listed and the option “New-Other” is not available. In this instance, we will choose New or Used and describe the item as accurately !
