The Evolis Primacy is a high-end printer best suited to medium to high volume print runs. It is efficient, powerful and with a speed of 225 cards per hour in full colour, it is speedy too. It comes with a 300dpi resolution as standard so you can be sure that it will produce high quality, edge-to-edge ID cards with a variety of encoding options to maximise efficiency and security in your facilities. The Primacy is suitable for a range of applications, including payment cards, student and employee cards and transport tickets. Not only that, but the printer is manufactured using recycled and eco-friendly materials, and is available in Fire Red and Brilliant Blue.

Delivery and Returns

We always aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order, however standard delivery is normally 2-5 working days. Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail First Class post. Larger or more expensive items are sent with one of our couriers (usually APC for UK mainland orders). These items will normally be delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends). In the event of you not receiving your item, please allow 7 working days after dispatch of goods before contacting us. For EU/international orders, delivery is usually longer so please allow 15 working days. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly for you. We only ship orders to the confirmed address on your Paypal account; please ensure you select the correct address before placing the order as mistakes cannot be changed after the order has been processed.

If you wish to return your item, please do so unused to ID Management Systems UK within 14 days of purchase and we will give you the option of either replacement goods or a full refund once processed. It is important to note your eBay user name and transaction ID so that we can identify the order. When you return the item to us, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us (unless your item is damaged or faulty) and we recommend sending your return by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing by the delivery company. Please note pre-used or refurbished items can only be returned up to 3 days after receipt of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Shipments abroad will be subject to the countries import duty. Failure to accept deliveries resulting from import issues will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and re-delivery charge by the carrier.
